Housing in the EU (Housing Europe)

Housing Europe is a European federation for public, cooperative and social housing, which manage over 26 million homes in 24 countries – 11% of existing dwellings in Europe. In 2015, the federation presented the first edition of its report, ‘The state of housing in the EU’ . Published every two years, it presents the trends at work in the European housing market, with supporting data and examples of national policies. The report gives special attention to changes relating to social housing.

The majority of the data used in the report can be found on the Eurostat website. 28 short country profiles are also available, presenting pertinent graphics and a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of each domestic market.
