“Adult education must be developed to cope with changes in the world of work,” says the OECD in a February report on adult education .

What is at stake? Respond to changes in the quantity and quality of jobs resulting from new technologies, globalisation or population ageing. In particular, the institution deals with the necessary adaptation of skills to labour market needs and the financing required to provide such training.
