The Civio Foundation is an independent, non-profit watchdog and news organisation based in Spain that develops impactful journalism projects in the public interest, focusing on public policies and their impact on citizens.

Euractiv

Fondation EURACTIV is a think-and-do-tank dedicated to fostering a healthy media community in Europe. It was set up in 2004 as a ‘Fondation d’Utilité Publique’ under Belgian law. We aim in particular to support a healthy media sector by fostering a more proactive EU media policy, advocate for media independence, media pluralism and language diversity in Europe, support media coverage of EU policy both at a national and local level, and promote media innovation projects for media and related stakeholders.

Deutsche Welle (DW)

Deutsche Welle (DW) is Germany’s international broadcaster. DW convey a comprehensive image of Germany, report events and developments, incorporate German and other perspectives in a journalistically independent manner. By doing so DW promote understanding between cultures and peoples, and simultaneously also provide access to the German language.

EUrologus

EUrologus is the leading independent EU news source in Hungarian language. It creates news, analysis and opinion articles on EU-Hungary affairs based primarily on first sources produced by a Brussels-based team. The goal is to inform Hungarians on European Union affairs, and EU-Hungary related political and economic issues in an easy-to-understand language. The publication was founded in 2012 and is in strategic partnership with HVG , a major independent Hungarian news company publishing a widely read news site, a premium subscription-based HVG360 and the most read Hungarian language political and economic weekly HVG print.

Addendum

Addendum is a non-profit media and research company based in Vienna, Austria. It searches for “the missing piece”, by publishing intensive research projects carried out by investigative journalists, experts from various different fields and TV programme makers. Addendum operates independently and with the goal of contributing towards restoring a common factual basis for qualified political debate.

Altreconomia

Independent economic magazine that publishes investigations, reports, interviews and insights on the economic system and its implications. A wide space is dedicated to the so-called "solidarity economy" and those business activities that respect rights, environment and income.

Capital

Since its launch in 1993 Capital, which started out as a business weekly, has grown to reach a wider audience. Today it is one of Bulgaria's best respected general news sources, and particularly noted for the high quality of its investigative reports which have won a number of awards. It belongs to the independent press group Economedia, which also owns the daily Dnevnik and the Bulgarian language edition of Foreign Policy.

Newsworthy is a news service that finds newsleads in large amounts of statistical data. A completely new way of doing journalism. It can be news about reported crime, property prices, unemployment or company liquidations.

Público was launched in March 1990, rapidly gaining a large audience in Portugal thanks to its fresh and original traits. Taking inspiration from the main European newspapers, the daily provides an accurate coverage of national and international news
