How has animal production in Europe evolved over the past several decades?
Eurostat statistics on livestock production are mainly divided into three subcategories: livestock and meat, milk and dairy products, and poultry eggs and chicks.
The studied period is quite long: the available data goes back to 1977 and is available for every year, with an analysis per region of the European Union. The data can be downloaded in different formats (pdf, csv, html, xls, etc.).
