The confidence of retail businesses is decreasing more rapidly in Croatia than in the EU

In November the confidence of retail businesses in Croatia decreased significantly compared to the same month last year, down from 13.7 to 2.6.

In the same time, EU countries retail businesses confidence have decreased somewhat, down from 5.3 to 1 on average.

Croatia now has the eighth lowest confidence of retail businesses in the EU compared to the other 28 countries. Slovakia has the highest confidence of retail businesses (24.2 points), while Austria ranks last (-13.3 points).
