The confidence of consumers is increasing in Croatia while decreasing in the EU

Croatians are less confident in commerce than last year.

In April the confidence of consumers in Croatia increased somewhat compared to the same month last year, up from -8.1 to -3.4.

In the same time, EU countries consumers confidence have decreased somewhat, down from -4.8 to -7.7 on average.

Croatia now has the 15th highest confidence of consumers in the EU compared to the other 28 countries. Lithuania has the highest confidence of consumers (5.2 points), while Greece ranks last (-30.9 points).
