The confidence of consumers is decreasing more rapidly in Finland than in the EU

In February 2019 the confidence of consumers in Finland decreased considerably compared to the same month last year, down from 7.7 to 0.4 points.

In the same period of time, consumers' confidence have decreased somewhat in the EU as a whole, down from -4 to -7.2 points on average.

Finland now has the seventh highest confidence of consumers in the EU. Malta has the highest confidence of consumers (6.4 points), while Greece ranks last (-33.3 points).
