The International Labour Organization brings together governments, employers and workers of 187 member States.
The International Labour Organization (ILO) publishes its annual Global Wage Report .
For its 2018/2019 edition, it analyses the causes of gender pay gaps (after the analysis of inequalities in the workplace, between and within companies in its 2017/2018 edition).
In addition to a series of basic data that are monitored each year (wage growth rates according to countries' level of development and geographical area, inflation, labour productivity, wage inequality, etc.), the ILO then analyses, using a large amount of data, the ins and outs of gender-related wage inequality. The full report is available only in English, but a summary is also available in French and in Spanish.
