Data Search Engine, use case 1
You’re working on the European elections?
To search for topics relating to elections past or present you can start with a generic text search. Entering a keyword (or keywords) into the Data Search Engine will provide a list of suggested topics.
Searching “European election” will bring up 377 results from the European Data Portal and 153 from the EU Open Data Portal.
The results can be filtered by country. In this case, for example, we can choose Spain. Or you can restrict your search by using categories. For example, we can focus on populations and societies.
It can also be useful to perform searches on related keywords; for example, “election campaign”.
