The confidence of consumers is decreasing more rapidly in Denmark than in the EU

In July the confidence of consumers in Denmark decreased considerably compared to the same month last year.

In July the confidence of consumers in Denmark decreased considerably compared to the same month last year, down from 7.8 to 0.6.

In the same time, EU countries consumers confidence have decreased slightly, down from -4 to -5.9 on average.

Denmark now has the fourth highest confidence of consumers in the EU compared to the other 28 countries. Lithuania has the highest confidence of consumers (6.4 points), while Bulgaria ranks last (-24.3 points).
